Registration
You can register online via your personal user account from Oktober 1, 2025 until December 28, 2025, if the participation limit has not been reached before.
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email. In your user account you will also find under "My registrations" an overview of your registration and booking for the Berlin New Year's Eve Run.
If you booked cancellation insurance when you registered, you can do so in your user account under my registrations -> Berlin New Year's Eve Run.
We ask for your understanding that due to the logistical and organizational complexity of the event, participation fees cannot be refunded. You can find detailed information on this in our conditions of participation.
Unfortunately, transfers to another person or another year are not possible. Your race entry is bound to the event and person.

Please note:
In the case of rebooking to another discipline, your original registration will be completely canceled, and the amount will be refunded to your payment method used. The participation fee for your new registration plus any additional services originally booked (this also applies to donations and insurance contributions) must be paid again. We charge a processing fee of €5 for the transfer.
Before the start
The race material will be handed out on December 31 from 10 a.m. in the Mommsenstadion
Please bring your start card (you will receive it by e-mail 7 - 10 days before the event) and a photo ID with you when you pick it up
No problem. You will receive your bib number without your start card. Please state your number, which you can find in your user account under “My registrations” > “Berliner Silvesterlauf 20205”, when collecting your race material and verify yourself with your ID.
Our support team will be in the Mommsenstadion on the day of the event (31.12.) from 10:00 am.
The start and finish area is located in the close to Mommsenstadion (Waldschulallee 34, 14055 Berlin).
Ideally, you should use public transportation. The S-Bahn stations Messe Süd and Heerstraße are within walking distance of the event site.
Due to extensive construction work in the surrounding area and the closure of the route, it is difficult to get there by car.
Toilets are available in the start/finish area.
4 KM Run: 12:00 pm
6 KM Run: 12:30 pm
10 KM Run: 1pm
There are changing rooms in Mommsenstadion (basement).
After the finish
You can find your result in the results list on the event website under "Event". Your certificate will also be available for download there.
There will be water, tea and the expected jelly-filled donut.
Unfortunately, there are no showers available on site.
The award ceremonies will be as follows:
1:10 p.m.: 6 km (men/women/youth)
1:55 p.m.: 10 km (men/women/youth)
2:00 p.m.: Best costume men/women
